Service Description
Circuit training is a workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. It incorporates a variety of exercises at separate stations with short rest periods between them. Practicing Circuit Training helps to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours must be given to the tutors if the students are unable to make a lesson. Lessons cancelled by the student within 24 hours or without proper notice should be invoiced in the usual way
